This skillet has one of my favorite handler designs, to me the detail on the forged handle feels like a modern interpretation of the classic swimming koi motif. If you see something else I'd love to hear. Anyway this pan has nicely sloped sides which make it very easy to get a spatula in and flip what you are cooking. I made a larger pan with this style handle a couple years ago and its handle would hardly even get warm while cooking.
 
This skillet was forged hot out of carbon steel, and comes pre-seasoned so its ready to use right away.
