I made this because I saw am antique Griswold breakfast pan and couldn't get it out of my head for 6 months. Instead of paying collector prices for an antique pan I set out to make one. In order to do so I had to make a custom anvil for it as well as 3 failed pan attempts. The finished pan is excellently constructed and works spectacular. However I have learned that I am more of a mix it all together kind of person and hardly use it. I would like to see this pan to go to someone with either mild OCD that doesn't want their food to touch or a collector that appreciates the history as well as the workmanship.
