I came up with this design shortly after a trip to Arizona with my sweetie, at the time I wanted to make something geometric and decided to play around. In doing so I made a barbed chisel that was reminiscent of a broken gear, and although initially unintentional the impression it left behind always reminded me of the rising and setting sun. 
 
As of writing this there are 2 available and a few pans with matching handles that are available as well
